Terms of Use

1. Who runs the game

The game Glen and the website gart.games are run by Radek Stach, a private individual, under the GART brand (the “operator”). Contact: info@gart.games.

2. A game in development

Glen is in development and free to play. The operator may change, pause or end it at any time. Characters, settings and progress may be lost or reset during development. The game is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or freedom from errors.

3. Copyright

Glen, including its code, graphics, models, animations, music, sounds, texts and logos, is the copyrighted work of the operator (© 2026 Radek Stach – GART, all rights reserved), unless stated otherwise for a specific part (see section 7). You may play the game only at glen.gart.games. Without the operator’s written permission, you may not in particular:

• copy, distribute or publish the game client, parts of it, or game data (graphics, models, sounds),
• run your own copy of the game, a modified client or your own server,
• decompile the game or analyse its code beyond what the law expressly allows,
• use bots, cheats or other tools that automate the game or get around its rules,
• bulk-download content from the game or the website.

4. Screenshots, videos and streams

You may capture and publish screenshots, videos and live streams of the game, including on monetised channels (YouTube, Twitch and similar). Please mention “Glen by GART” and link to gart.games. You may not suggest that your content is official, or sell game content on its own.

5. The names Glen and GART

The names and logos Glen and GART identify the operator. Do not use them for your own games or services, or in a way that suggests a partnership with the operator.

6. Behaviour in the game

Treat other players with respect: no harassment, insults, or inappropriate names or content. You may create a character’s face from a photo only if it is your own photo or the person in it has expressly agreed; it must not be offensive or inappropriate. The operator may exclude players who break these terms.

7. Third-party content

Some sounds come from free sources, such as Casino Audio by Kenney (kenney.nl, CC0 licence). Those parts are covered by their own licences.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the game. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator may change them and will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. By continuing to play after a change, you accept the new terms. The Czech version prevails; this English text is a translation.
